  • The Nocturnists Satellites offers clinicians and clinician groups access to support in producing their own live storytelling shows. The goal of the program is to amplify our existing work fostering connection, community and wellbeing in healthcare through artistic expression.

  • Eligible participants include clinics, hospitals, divisions, departments, health-related groups or organizations, and academic medical centers. Our primary focus is clinician storytelling though we are open to alternative and blended formats. A designated team lead or champion is required.

  • Participants receive two proprietary toolkits, two remote coaching sessions, work time with The Nocturnists senior staff during office hours for 10 weeks, options for one-on-one coaching (at an additional fee), and promotional support for their event.

  • Upon entering into a Satellites agreement, the participant group pays a $2000 fee. Partners are required to keep all Nocturnists materials confidential, audio record their storytelling show, and follow branding and brand partnership guidelines for The Nocturnists Satellites. These details will be outlined in a mutually signed license agreement prior to start of collaboration.

  • The agreement grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use The Nocturnists Satellites intellectual property for one event, complying with specific terms and event rules. The term ends upon the event's conclusion, breach of terms, or after twelve months.

  • Event names must comply with event rules and are owned by the sponsor. Content should be non-commercial, non-political, and respectful of copyright laws. Speaker content must adhere to The Nocturnists Satellites guidelines, avoiding commercial, political, or religious agendas.

  • Events must maintain the spirit of The Nocturnists, be non-profit, and cannot be used for fundraising. The event name should follow the guidelines, and all communications must clarify that the event is independently organized under The Nocturnists Satellites Program.

  • Yes, but events cannot use the event to make money or raise funds for other organizations. Sponsors must have no editorial control over the program, and their logos can only be displayed briefly on stage.

  • You can use up to a 30-second excerpt from a Nocturnists Satellites talk for video or audio content, including documentaries, promo videos, TV segments, and podcasts.

    Nocturnists Satellites team members and speakers can use up to a 60-second excerpt from a Nocturnists Satellites performance for non-commercial, social media use only. These clips must tag the official Nocturnists Satellites account on the relevant platform.

  • Webpages must include a clear explanation of the event’s relationship with The Nocturnists Satellites and follow naming and branding guidelines. Social media profiles should use the official event logo and adhere to the branding guidelines.
